I so desperately need this Monday to be exactly what a Monday is: A fresh start, an excuse to renounce the difficult past fews days or weeks, and a way to reorganize and restructure my workflow and my mindset. Which is why instead of writing to you to tell you how to be today or what to embody and work on today, I will use this energy to take care of myMonday.
And dude- I’m sure you need to, too. So I’m encouraging you to do the same.
You are here because you do not want to stay stagnant, you want to be better, and you want to commit to the lifestyle where you see every single day as a new adventure, a new challenge and another opportunity to be better!
You are a part of #MondaysAreGoodDays because you believe in the push. You come here to find support, encouragement and mental nourishment. I am here to make you think, to motivate you and to start your week off with some kick-ass energy. WHETHER OR NOT we are all in quarantine.
I went camping this weekend for the first time (so fun!) so today’s #MondaysAreGoodDays revolves around a nature theme. Of course, Mother Nature is beautiful and so, my writing for today follows behind her poetic justice.
Forgiveness is a broad topic and I tried my best to be as concise and deliberate with my words and the people I chose to talk about.
I simply want you to know two things: 1. Life is brighter when you do not hold anger inside of you. and 2. You have the mental strength to move forward and forgive. You are strong enough to battle passed enemies who have hurt you and who should apologize, but won't.
I hope after reading my writing, you are more at peace.
So now that you have all of the important pieces, go ahead and start building your kingdom, make some changes and improvements.
And on those days we feel insecure, we feel fuzzy in our brains and we feel conflicted, confused, careless. Go inside your confidence castle and change the way you feel.
The world has slowed down and we are going to embrace this day as it is. Still with wishes for this to end, NOW, but also with a positive mindset, in our thinking and in our actions.
It’s all about what is DONE.
So let's do something with the extra time we have. Read up on ways to take control of your time.
